Returns Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges Due to food safety regulations and hygiene concerns, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. 60‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60‑day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund To initiate your satisfaction guarantee, please contact our Customer Care team at support@nutravivewellness.com within 60 days of the purchase date. Include your:

● Order number or proof of purchase

● Reason for dissatisfaction

● If you purchased your item on Amazon, you must initiate the refund with Amazon

Once your request is received, we will review it promptly.

4. Refund Processing If your request is approved, we will issue a refund for the product purchase price (excluding taxes and shipping costs) via your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Conditions & Discretion

● The satisfaction guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and one-time use per order.

● We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of the guarantee (e.g., repeat claims, heavily consumed products)
